Eligible Entrants: Entry is open to Australian residents only aged over 18 years, who have received and completed the ‘Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter Service quiz’ via https://slsfoundation.com.au/quizhelicopter 

How to Enter: 1. Answer the quiz questions. 2. Complete the registration form with your data. Entrants must include their first name, last name, email address and phone number for their entry to be valid.

Notification: The winner will be drawn at random using the Easypromos platform on 14/08/2023. Winner will be contacted via phone and email. Once the email address has been confirmed the prize will be administered via email. The winner will also be published on the Surf Life Saving Foundation website https://slsfoundation.com.au/quizhelicopter by 18/08/2023.  

Unclaimed Prizes: If a prize winner fails to respond to communication from  SLSA on behalf of WLSRHS notifying them of their prize, then SLSA on behalf of  WLSRHS may re-draw the prize after fourteen (14) days and announce a new winner. If required, the re-draw for unclaimed prizes will be awarded to the alternate winner randomly selected at the time of draw.
