GivingTuesday is all about spreading kindness, generosity and inspiring the community to give back – just like our volunteer surf lifesavers do.
We’re asking our supporters to join us in the spirit of GivingTuesday by purchasing a $2 kindness card for GivingTWO-sday.
Your simple act of kindness will not only brighten a loved one’s day, but it will also support volunteer surf lifesavers as they give their all to keep us safer on Australian beaches and in communities across the country.
Double your donation thanks to City Beach Australia
If you donate online from 25th November 2022 in support of GivingTuesday - celebrated on 29th November 2022, gifts of up to $250 will be matched by our proud community supporter, City Beach Australia, up to a total value of $10,000. You will be seeing double, and your gift will have double the impact!
Who your gifts helps
Your donation helps fund the vital training, rescue gear and equipment surf lifesavers need to make our beaches a safer place. You'll also be contributing to important water safety research and education programs to help Australians stay out of trouble in the water.
Donation Matching Terms and Conditions:
All online donations up to $250 made to the 'Mission Zero' or 'GivingTuesday' fundraising page on The Surf Life Saving Foundation website confirmed by a donation receipt from 08.00am Australian Eastern Standard Time on Friday, 25th November 2022 will be matched by City Beach Australia to a total capped sum of $AUD10,000. Matched donations will appear on the SLSMISSIONZERO fundraising page, daily. The Surf Life Saving Foundation will notify supporters via its Surf Life Saving Foundation Facebook page when the dollar match is reached. Thank you to all donors and to City Beach Australia.
