At the Surf Life Saving Foundation, our supporters are the heart of our mission, not only on Australia’s beaches but also in disaster relief efforts across communities. Your generosity enables us to rescue beachgoers, provide emergency aid, and ensure our volunteer surf lifesavers have the training and equipment they need. To continue improving how we serve you, we are implementing a system upgrade that will enhance your experience and strengthen our operations.
Key Dates and Information
As we transition to this new system, please take note of these important dates:
- Call Centre Closure
Our call centre will close early on Friday, 11th October at 12pm AEST as we prepare for the upgrade. We appreciate your understanding during this time. Please note that our website https://slsfoundation.com.au will continue running during this closure period, ensuring you can still donate to help support Surf Life Saving. - System Downtime and Delays
The new system will go live on Monday, 14th October. While we aim to keep disruptions to a minimum, there may be short delays in processing enquiries, donations and other requests as we get accustomed to the new system.
